We have just returned after running 30 states in 30 days. On our last tour out we drove 18,000 miles in 21 days. We believe the reason for so many miles in a short about of time is the Christmas Holiday rush. That and we are the newbie’s, covering loads that would normally be ran by local and regional drivers. Well if you got my email you know I did'nt check here first. Yes Xmas was a very busy time. I spent mine in the SE. I have been hauling mostly kitchen cabinets.I guess husbands like to give them to thier wives. I did take a 42,000lb load of cooper from FL too New Orleans. The fun part was that Werner routed me down Hwy98, which is all coast line, tourists, and STOP LIGHTS. There must have been 50. I thought my right arm and left leg were going to fall off. Needless to say I put in my 1st direction correction.
I'm going to seed my Daughters your Blog address so they can also read about trucking, from Truckers.
Too those that do not know (everyone but Joy and Brett) I went too CDS with them.
I have so many more tail's to tell. I just thouht that I would post the 12 loads of Christmas first. We are heading for Nebrask today with a load of more stuff for Cabalas Hunting things. My next entrery will be about the weather.... not boaring.
